Please do not give up Pat, I notice the corn futures are rising rapidly due to the drought, so stock up with flour as long as it has a long sell by date, since I wrote it has been raining. It is beginning to affect the crops tomatoes are hardly ripening in the greenhouse. The flowers look sad, only the weeds seem to say 'we are happy this has happened before, '

þ There’s a pond near where a professor took us where he used to be a scientist. But anyway the frogs sit all around the edge of the pond. And you can catch ‘em, all jumping in at the same time sir. BC-A, Bill’s R®st

Too much rain is as bad as none, only in a different way. Look what happened to everyone in the days of Noah. What we need is moderation in everything. Do you think we would be happy then?

Thank you for sharing the rain images. It's so dry here, even though
today is overcast, I've lost hope of seeing a pleasant shower any time soon.
