Pat

Masterfully (mistressfully? LOL) written! This is definitely another one for a wider audience! Oh, and I took a quick trip to Salkum and looked around - noce, quiet little town, and I really liked the surrounding hills...

you have me right into this story and like Wiley your picture is so well

painted, you put me right there. Somehow the dead man's pose in that quilt, all too neat I am going for a murder!!!

Today you've left me in a quandry, I don't know that you aren't as great a writer as 'David Baldacci' who I'm reading presently. Your story is that 'alive' even if it is about death and your wording makes emotions overpowering,  "that bloody smile under the chin," indeed, I have the tearing up problem again.

Hmmm - suicide? Or murder? Love your storytelling!!

It is always a bit strange when things happen on one's own doorstep Pat. If people contemplated this action and gave thought to those who would suffer the shock and the body's indignity, they might consider their action a little bit more deeply. Very nicely written with little touches of human interest included.
