nght is the next poetry slam.  I'll be bringing my niece (also a poet) and my neighbor,who is a songwriter and guitarist - a very nice guy!  The damn shingles is/are still there.  We have a pretty comfortable truce, though - it doesn't attack me and I don't take any pain-killers.  How are you doing?  I see Jay is dropping out.

Re: I read a poem comparing a Lego block to a fragment of abandoned plans.

Apparently it was the lone survivor of an old set.  Nice image, and it set me wondering

about other uses for the image.
