Shobana I cannot bear it , I still have one a hundred years old , but he is in a worse conditon than I am , I have been slimming whilst you have been dreaming, but it was hard work to get rid of the first 14Ibs we call it a stone, but then we speak with the old tongue.

Lo Pat, well I must not become maudlin or appear to be so I am a bit worried I have to go to the Doctor tomorrow, men are a bit reluctant. I checked a pal of mine for blood pressure it was quite high. I told him to go to the Doctor, he said alright, but I am pretty sure he has not bothered. If I was his mother I would make him go.

Well it seems to me Kabu that we have all had our share of pain all in different guises probably disappointment being the most common. Some bags cannot be opened.

Well Hi CC and thank you Chumpet for liking my photo! This poem reminded me of the song "torn between two lovers". all I can say is there is no harm in loving too many at one time as long as there is no one to object to it.

Excellent! A little wine to loosen one up can be a good thing! So sorry I find myself behind again on your posts but I have been so busy getting ready for the horseshoe tournament that I just fall into bed at the end of the day! So much work and so little time! If I had to chose just one word to describe your poetry it would be
wistful. But of course one word is inadequate, even a dozen would hardly stretch to cover it all. Lovely post today, and the flower is so delicate and fresh one can almost catch the scent. :)
