I would love to have money to be able to stash in a foreign account but I have trouble just keeping the ones in country on an even keel! LOL! sam

Thank you Pat The trouble is the wet is  dragging the log stalked varieties down, but that's life. I might have to build a shelter, but we will see how it goes.

Madam I must reply on my own behalf, I am Chumpet. he is more like Aurthur Daley. We only drink red wine because it matches the carpet when we spill the decanter.

Until they go mouldly I expect Taps. Yes   dwarf pinks they make a good show and if the dead blooms are removed they will flower all Summer

Foreign accounts may be the best, not a person of means and not sure...but it sounds impressive.

Carnations are highly underrated in the society of flower lovers...

A rose is nice, but carnations... they stand up, they don't draw blood, and they smell good. As for Chumpet, I like that recipe for stone soup...
