A lovely letter, I missed it the first time. In those days when a life was sold for a few cigarettes, one can imagine the relentless pressure that the poor child underwent. At least in a camp you knew the worst had happened. In a small confined space it was relentless torture. Your letter would have brought joy to any one who survived such a horror.
