How sad that one has to be this careful. You probably have done the right
but if he reads Stephen King, your well written most enjoyable book could not be more of an eyebrow raiser for a parent than that!

Okay. Even I, a male, and by that very fact these days a suspect until proven otherwise, would not have gone back for that reason. I would have gone back if I had really, under the spell of a curse or in the grip of temporary insanity, had loaned a book to a 14-year old stranger, I, who never loans books to anyone...!
But that a young lady of more or less mature age is concerned that her friendly approach to a neighbour’s 14-year old boy might be misinterpreted shows me that cases such as those of that pig Sandusky have already and continue to affect our culture at some very fundamental level, and that is sad…
