You are very correct on eating wisely and that will keep the pounds off! Since I am about 3 pounds over my ideal weight I am splurging of chocolate chip cookies as I write this! LOL! sam

Methinketh you have embarked on a diet - a virtuous if annoying undertaking, like most virtuous pursuits...And it's also annoying to wake up in somebody else's dream, especially when it's a woman, just when things get interesting...

A good idea to refuse those fattening temptations or to reduce the portions. I am getting better at it overall. Reducing the portions can work very well.

About the need for Hell...
Re: CCT - why is there a need for hell?
My guess is that we need hope of a reward in the next life to do good deeds, share our worldly goods in the face of hardship and keep going in the face of adversity. By the same token, we need the fear of horrible punishment to keep us from knocking off our persecutors and taking up robbery to feed the kiddies. ;-) patB
