We all gotta go sometime--even those who do what he says to do. I was reading in Leviticus this morning and it said just don't eat the suet off of meat, or the blood. That sounds reasonable to me. I didn't want those two things anyway.

if you feel you cant handle the whole diet then try this.....eat what he says you cant but in small amounts....also....try eliminating one of the foods he says to do for one month.....just one of them.....if you can do that then move to another one......just do it slowly.....i was on a very strict diet....even more than what he said and i lost so much weight....now well i need to get back into that regimen again once i have money to buy food....:)

I have discovered that even healthy food has calories! I have done a lot of research and have conducted extensive experiments - you might even say I have sacrificed myself selflessly - and I have found that if you eat lots and lots of healthy food you also take in lots and lots of calories, which was a very disappointing result...

Pat you really must try P&G Tips pure tea granules it is just like coffee granules, but it does not stain the cups very much. I suppose if we only ate when we were starving we would keep quite slim.

You won't actually live longer, it will just seem that way.!!!
I am on a seafood diet. I see food na deat it!!!
All the no no's from last year anre back in and all from last year are out. Other wise, how can one sell a new diet book.
Excercise gently but daily, eat fresh vegetables and fish, brown rice, and pasta, cut down on bread and potatoes, lots of fresh fruit and one percent milk and light yoghurt and cheese.
You may not lose a lot of weight but it is the way that keeps us healthy.

I have heard these debates and suggestions for years, and almost every new diet that is reported contradicts some portion of another diet. As always, moderation is the key. Now, about that coffee . . .
