I have used ant traps in the past and they seem to do a great job of deterring them! sam

I agree with Wiley. Traps are probably your best . . . and safest . . .bet!

Be thankful they are the little ones.  Florida and Texas are fighting fireants.  I'm fighting them everyday.  The hotter and dryer the weather gets, the worse the ants get.  Did you try putting an ant trap under the kitchen sink?  They follow the pipes trying to find moisture.  Last night we had an inch of rain, so I'm hoping today they stay outside and find puddles to swim in.  It has been terribly dry this year.

lustorlove

Get ant traps but put them out of the way of pets.
