I am not too keen on recall elections myself...I don't believe that they can happen in Maryland.

I followed this recall debacle as closely as I could, and I agree that it seems to be a case of the "losers" doing their best to oust the "winner" simply because they now disagree with his policies, although, as you've said, no actual laws were broken. This all seems to be in direct opposition to "democratic process," which undermines our entire system. What a sham!

thank you God for the democratic process. If unhappy with the Gov. they
are voted out by the people.and if a person doesn't vote then they should keep their mouth zipped. I am not having a "go" at the USA. I mean all democratic countries, my own included.
