I remember at Loyola, which is considered a university, that there were some wacky things being said and done.

What is going on in America's universities is a crime, it is almost treasonous. It is that darkened hole in which the left goes to hide each time they are found out.

I know next to nothing about the state of universities in the US, but I have heard friend professors complain more than once about the lowering of standards here in Canada, thus a lower level of education for our children. In fact, one of them (professors) told me she retired just in time; it seems there is more politics and jostling for position taking place in the teacher's and board's rooms than there is concern about the very poor results shown by our Canadian students.

Those who do not know the past are condemned to repeat it! And, that the trail Jackson has blazed! Never liked the guy and this is a fine example of why he should not be listened to whatsoever!

I don't think that I totally agree with your post here Naut. Your
paper needs to be given more balance, more evidence. Much of it seems to be taken out of context.

This statement, "...universities are the least free, the most mediocre and the lowest quality they have ever been..." does not make me feel very good since four of my grandsons are university students and soon another grandson and granddaughter will be ready to join the ranks.
