I do hope that you can forget your trials for a few hours and something will be found to ease the discomfort. I would not worry about moaning a little, I do it all the time when I have the self inflicted screws.

nothing like a little retail therapy and some comfort food to improve one's
outlook. It is cool but not raining here today so we did get out for a bit which was good for us.
