Yes, treat yourself kindly! We had terrible weather yesterday but this day has been beautiful with low humidity, all my windows are open.

our weather is bleak as well and then the sun pops out but before
I can get out the door it is raining again. Sigh. and like you it is here for the week they say.

LLM I think we must try to pamper ourselves, if no one else will. The trouble is I feel that women try to be martyrs it is their role to suffer stoically. I wish it helped, but I fear it does the opposite.I just hope a cure can be found.
