Yeah, my brother had a similar problem. The place where he worked changed his hours so often he barely had anything even vaguely resembling a schedule. His confusing hours made it very difficult for him to look for a better job, have an evening out, or even to go grocery shopping. That last part seemed especially ironic, given that he worked at a grocery store!
Tell everyone involved to hang in there. Things can get better.

are getting another job. I know these care facilities have a network between the managements where they let each other know about the workers. tell your beautiful Brat to be careful cos I know most of these places are real difficult to work for.
