NeomanceNorthstar Poisons and Short Story Characters

The disadvantage of characters with internal conflicts or fears is that you can't make this conflict come alive on screen, that is why few of the novels of Stephen King are succesfull as movies. His novel The Green Mile was great as a movie because it involves external conflict between characters. Thank's for going the distance with the short story Day of the Cat.

The story is disturbing, but I must know how it ends!

There’s something especially chilling, frightening about the use of poison in any story. I’m almost afraid to know what happens next, but you can bet I have to find out!
