time for the flavours to blend properly and marinate in its juices

i often enjoy left overs more too.

In a recent post, I talked about not wasting food, and that there was nothing at all wrong with leftovers of any type of meal. And yes, a lot of dishes actually taste better when they're allowed to "ferment" for a spell. If anyone else can't understand that, that's their problem! Kudos for not throwing anything away!

Yes I find many things actually taste as if the flavors had truly melded and reached new levels after twelve to twenty-four hours.
