When it comes to violence at sporting events....
I kind of think the event is less a reason than an excuse....

I've read stories like these before concerning various sporting events. The irony is: some of the violence and destruction actually happens after a certain team wins their respective championships! I can only imagine the devastation if they had lost!

Well Ray I suppose we have not moved far in rational thinking,tribal instincts take over,
I remember going to a religious meeting years ago just out of boredom, but I was amazed how the combination of minds thinking on the same wave length affected the whole atmosphere and I am not surprised at the frenzy whipped up. Ray I think certain
people are immune to such pressures and I am sure that you are one of them.

I think we have to wake up and realize drugs have permeated all levels of society now and it's like older folks like me are on a new planet that it won't be so bad to leave when the time comes.

I was horrified when I read about the shooting after the win over LA! What the heck are people thinking at times; this violence makes no sense to me! After all, it's just a damn game! UGH! sam
