wonderful this is, you have captured those days of pain and heels do get
themselves caught by Karma eventually.
We both know a miserable old Bastard now on his own.
I know that drifting feeling, it is a time of healing from the heel. well done and don't ever stop writing!!

Great poem Pat , I get the US sense of humour, You also said something so funny, but I dare not tell you what it is.Anyway it would probably not seem funny to you, but it would knock a poultry farmer over.
