CCT, if you put just a touch of lemon juice in your water it will help your muscles from getting to sore, at least that is what my wife tells me but I haven't tried. Do let me know if it helps as I just don't trust her. I think she wants to see me pucker.

I hope you did not overdo it! I know the feeling of feeling as though more can be accomplished only to discover the next day that I should have done half of what I did! I loved the poem, too! sam

Thank you Marrise, I know I should have learned by now, well you know how it is it is safer to look at a ladies hands than look into her eyes.

Re: If it didn't make things look so lopsided and raggedy,
No I am a pretty tough old guy Pat, it would probably cost a good forty dollars a time but what I have done is downsize the equipment and do less at a time. I made the mistake of tearing into it on the first cut and was made to pay for it. Strangely I like physical exercise always been used to it I suppose. The carnations are just coming out glad you like them.

Glad you are doing that well and got some progress on the lawn. Slow conditioning could be the way to go to get muscle tone and more well being and hydration. Intriguing thoughts about the hands.

If it didn't make things look so lopsided and raggedy,
I'd mow a little today, a little tomorrow, just enough to warm up but not enough to rack up the muscles and ache the bones. So I've settled for hiring it done. As one who always believed in doing for herself, it goes against the grain, but then I remember my age and relax. I hope you didn't overdo it, CC -- Love the carnation. :)

Re:Kabu
Kabu I absolutely refuse to pamper myself, my muscles have got to learn who is master.
I'll just see how I feel in the morning if I cannot get of bed I will take your advice very humbly.
