That's what they do with the tomatoes.  They wait until they are nice and big but still green and then, just when you think one is going to start turning color, there it is in the squirrel's paws and teeth.

Yesterday Kabu found our squirrel had chewed her way into the garden hose plastic wind up contraption and made her nest in gthe storage tray.LOL

Actually, Shee sent him out to do some shopping, and told him not to forget the strawberries! Of course he had to sample one to make sure they would meet Shee's approval...

Bully Boy has claimed the territory for himself. Chased little Shee away

although she won't be far away. These are the times when I have treouble letting nature work her own way; I want to interfer and wipe that smug look from Bully Boys face, but actually he is very cute.

Well it does not look like you will get many plates of strawberries and cream Pat, perhaps you should get the old chap a few nuts if you are going to tolerate him

Out watching nature this morning too - the hummingbirds buzzed Smooch on their way to the feeders - he was standing too near - the look on his face was priceless!! Yep - BIG bugs here, Smoochie!!
