It's all about the place being at capacity! It may be greed or it may be the best business wise! If it is indeed too small then it should not be occupied! No one really wants to live on top of one another! sam

those places have been empty for at least a year but now all the sudden they want them filled up. Like my daughter says are they that hard up for money The guy owns about 5 or 6 parks and half of them are in CA which I am sure he is racking in the dough

I have always maintained that "assume" is the most dangerous word in the English language! People always seem to get into more trouble with that thought process!
