Well I know a warning used to be posted not to flush when the train was stationary, but really this should not be happening, It seems we are a bit BEHIND on some hygienic practises,

Just proves people can be hit with a lot of S... while on the job minding their own business. I appreciated the powers that be cautioned those responsible not to do this. LOL
