TAPS, it is the turmeric that makes it special, besides all those mushrooms

Re: Eleanor Jazz, you are welcome to as much as you like...
but I'm afraid you will hve to make it yourself... But luckily, it is really easy! And while fresh shitake are pricey-looking, they are very light, and you can get plenty for less than $2 most anywhere.

That does sound yummy. I love mushrooms (as long as they are not raw).

Re: BrightIrish, crimini look like regular white mushrooms, but browner,
and some say they are baby portobellos. They have a stronger flavor than white button mushrooms.

Re: Jimmy, are mushrooms flammable...?
Not to worry, I've put most of it away in a safe place.

Re: CCT, I generally never put peppers in soup.
I like them with things... like peppers and onions and mushrooms with steak... and i like them stuffed, and in Mediterranean sauces, with tomatoes and spices and herbs. But somehow, not in soup.
