It sounds like the Buzz Channel is where the pros are that can take over a job spot at a moment's notice, and they are the ones who are comfortable with an in-your-face attitude.

Yes one needs personality. I would not want to venture up to someone who looked like they were mad about or at someone. Someone who wished they were on the beach somewhere would put me off. I want to know they rather be exactly where they are doing what they are and they want to talk with me and offer me a sample. Give it your best. You may meet some wonderful local people.
