Re: Jay

Well I hope you had a good nights rest Jay. You are so lucky to get desert. Arthur occasionally deigns to provide cooked strawberries, if we have rice I save it for my evening meal. We ought to get a bonus for comments, but one cannot have everything.

This was a wonderful poem to end my day with. It is 1:30 AM here and I am just now finishing my comments. I always save you for last, sort of like dessert, but then I always eat dessert first, but you know what I mean. Goodnight CCT, and goodnight Blogit.

Both these were just the best. A whole new idea came to me out of this. I think I will save the dust, gather it up on the new fangled little mock feathers, put it into a box, sell it for superior compost. LOL I loved the poem too. You have such a tremendous mind for taking the simplest and showing a magnificent complexity of it. The flowers today were so precious.

Re: Kabu

Kabu I sneaked across to see your results, It was such a relief that I was right,  for you of course, if you can stand a joke.  Expect to have you know what, it is natural all that stress. I wanted to be a Doctor, but I could not afford a pony and trap.

What helps me is doing a little housework here and a little housework there...It's amazing we get our emotions out as well as we do, I feel.

Maybe you should think "stop".....

posted by Troosha on April 26, 2012 at 6:29 PM | link to this | reply

I am not a fan of housework but I don't like a messy house so I just get it done at every turn! Now, when it comes to working in the yard and garden I love it, and so true that it feels ordinary! I just float through you imagery and when I get to the end I am not ready to quit reading but I do understand that we just have to stop at times as you did! I am glad you got your Butts and since it is going to rain I hope they get filled! We have been having a lot of rain of late and I keep thinking I should do something to collect because it won't be long before the summer is upon us and rain becomes very scarce! We get water from the canals but not everyone can take advantage of it though! I have no access yet my son, Mik, does have the opportunity to irrigate his lawn! Lucky man! sam

your poetry rheills and the picture delights. i don't "do"housework

well not often. fortunatley the VET. affairs believe that they can keep this old couple in their own home if they pay for someone to come every two weeks to do the heavy work. I am not one to argue. When I worked long hours, I paid my own house keeper.

but sometimes i get all clucky and sweep the cobwebs off the walls or something.

nice post old chap.
