Do what the doctor says and get well quickly.   But, I know, I know, the last time I fell I was laid up for eons it seemed.  i don't want to fall anymore.

Bel .. I do hope you are going to be well soon! There is a site on the internet called 'indeed.com' just type in your zip code and they inform you of job openings in your area.

Good Luck!

Very sorry to hear this, and I certainly hope you recover quickly! Slipping on ice is obviously dangerous - I did it last year on an icy sidewalk, and it took more than a year and even surgery to fix my busted shoulder...

think that I would exchange those dangerous drugs for cold packs now,

and a gentle ramble will loosen the muscles as well. No power walking, just a pleasant stroll.

Here's hoping that you feel better. I know of many who wonder if their doctors are milking their injuries.

v I fell yesterday on my back. I guess I fell right. A plastic hamper that I carried hit my head. But it was the cold rain and wind that I felt when I went indoors. Prescription pain killers make me nauseas. I told ny boss but I was alright. BC-A, Bill’s R®st

They gave me oxycodone for my tooth / jaw pain last Nov.

They made me nauseous, then knocked me out and I hated them. But the pain was maddening. So lucky I didn't like them, because they're addictive as hell. Yes, while you're laid up, plan your next step. Wonderful opportunity. The headline reads "Woman Writes Best Seller Under Influence of Drugs."

It might seem needless to you but I would be certain a back injury is completely healed to make certain there are no complications down the road when you might not be covered! Take care and here's to hoping you heal quickly! sam
