Re: Re: Re: Kabu
Kabu perhaps we could form a club. it will get better, but it takes a long time. Next year I will be more sensible, I thought you and Wiley were going at it a bit crazy, I am waiting for my lightweight strimmer tomorrow might have been more sensible to have had a stair lift/

Re: Re: Kabu
actually CC I have to admit (but shhh don't tell everyone) but I can't keep moving boulders. My elbows are so sore and I am limping. My left knee seems to have given up the ghost.

Re: adnohr
Yes i would have loved to have played with her, but they might have thought I was one of them, Sad really. Sign of the times. No if I hit a pheasant, I try to deal with it. Hey A. I was waiting to hear how your doggies reacted when you first returned, emotional input very important,

Re: Ms Straightforward.
Ms SF, I somehow think that little girl would've been like you, no offence meant, non-taken she replied as she gave me a black eye.

Aww - poor little beast. I hate to even run over a frog! The lady probably thought that her daughter was being cute - and yes, there wasn't much you could do without seeming like a grouchy bear yourself, I guess. Cute poem!

Re: jAY
L Jay I do try to tweak them a bit and you have a better memory than I have. No I would try and put any creature out of its misery if possible. Yes these are Auricala this years, it hardly seems fair to post last years, but it would be much more simpler believe me,

I remember the poem, but I think I liked it more this time. As for the poor little hedge hog I doubt a vet could have been much help if it was that badly injured. These are the little flowers from the Alps, right. And are they this years crop?

Kabu
No poor old critter, I must get my big machine out 10 pounds an hour, I could do it, but I want to get rid of this awful ache in my legs and I don't think I'm going if I keep straining and mauling a heavy machine around fruit trees, if it was a straight piece of lawn Jane
would be your uncle.

Re: Pat
Yes Pat I still wish I had moved and had sat by her Mum, I can imagine the poor lad thinking one must be the same. Did he marry the same type of girl as his first sweetheart

Re: WILEY
Wiley sorry old chap, I cannot let you be a judge at the flower show, no they are different plants entirely. I would explain the difference but I know you do not read comments

Re:
Yes BI the doctor said I was not going to die, which was not very reassuring as I had a complaint that several others had at that time,. No the little girl was not annoying me, but one has to be so careful these days, I do not wonder sometimes though that little girls get taken. Possibly they miss not having a father figure.

Your flowers are so pretty and the poem was so sweet with the innocence of childhood. I'm glad you were able to find someone to cut your lawn. Some parents believe everyone should think their childrens actions are cute, nomatter the annoyance. I hope all went well with your doctor!

Your poem was very entertaining! I have never figured out why people, especially parents think it's cute when their children are annoying others! Now, I hope you share the surprise you have for Arthur! sam

Chiff.Chaff.
Well now I haven't seen a milkman come around since I was 6, just a few years ago. Are those the same lovely flowers at yesterday but fewer of them? Liked the poem with the new love sprouting old chap.

My son met the love of his life when he was six.
But when he was seven she moved to another school. Life was never the same after that, and he kept talking to all the girls, trying to find one just like her. Your little adventure in the doctor's office was such fun. I hope you were feeling well enough to enjoy being bopped by a teddy bear. :)
