Just happened by and caught your post today and I am so happy that I did because I too grow a large garden and spend much time canning through the summer and fall and was thrilled to learn of how you freeze your corn...I will try it, thanks much.

this is going to be awesome. Two beautifully restored homes and two
fabulous gardens and two freezers full of goodies. i shall come visit in the winter and help eat it all. So glad that you are busy and happy dear one.
