Re: Re: C_C_T

And if you did, I would take them, with grateful heart, in a minute and have so much fun transplanting them.  And then, everyday, he and I would take tea in their beautiful presence.

Re:

Well Sam I used to sell Greenhouses, but when I saw how people put them together it began to make me dread a gale, fortunately after a few years moss began to grow and made a much better job of holding the glass in place. Yes I hate saying goodbye but sometime it is inevitable.

Re:

Thank you Taps there are so many variations of these flowers even black, if you lived next door I would give your son a wheelbarrow full to plant in your tubs.

Re: JKOSEL

WELL Dearie I keep wondering whether to keep this type of flower going, the powdery form or pantina on some plants mean they have to be protected from rain. No the rocket did not get off the ground, but I closed the birdfeeder.

Your flowers, especially the last three pictures, are just too gorgeous to be real.  I love reading your posts.  They are so very entertaining and so special.

The flowers are so beautiful! So sorry about the pane of glass, and dangerous, too! I have never been good with saying good-bye to folks who leave my life so it's always see you later and not good-bye! The poem struck my fancy for there are times when things happen that it is either to late to realize or at times never realized until too late! sam

I sure think your flowers are exceptional dear...did the rocket hit?
you have a lovely enthusiasm...lovely poem too.

So how far do you live from London? Did you get the rocket fixed and save the world? And I thought the flowers today were something special, as was the poetry.

Re: Pat

No Pat I think it is always best to keep one's independence, but she has been ill and I suppose she will be with grandchildren. Does not seem long ago that she was trying to lock me in a hen house. I wonder why kids do that?

Re: CCT

Well about 50-60 miles Justi, but one has to be brave to tackle those roads every day.

it is not like as some lady told me in California, which incidentally is about the size of England, that she goes 70 miles to Church. A village I passed through recently has a speed sign 20 miles an hour.

Re:Bright Irish

B,i  here if you want to get strawberries on first-year plants one has to plant them really early in the previous year.. The commercial growers buy a really long rooted plants that have been in cold storage and they will fruit in a very short time. Give them plenty of water when fruiting I have a poem somewhere about strawberries, yes I do wonder myself giving up her little garden, but I did not say anything.

Kabu, could I tell you tales, such a pity she had not been a vet I might have had a few horse liniments to rub on my legs.

Re:

FS will it feels like a lot, I shall have to ask Naut if he thinks old age expands to fill the time. Keep drinking the water, non-alcoholic beer is quite good when you get used to it but I mustn't put temptation your way.

Re:Naut

Naut thank you, the problem is finding the time,  I hope you can sort that problem out, I don't know who else to ask.

Chiff.Chaff.

Love the flowers always, good stuff that you could repair the glass and get the bird feeder sorted somehow.I did read the poem but have no other thought to add, because I'm not certain what to say.

for the poem, she would have been lucky to spend some time with such a nice bloke!!

Your flowers are absolutely beautiful. I plan to wash windows tomorrow and spend the weekend doing some planting. Strawberries were planted last year without success and to my surprise they are doing beautifully this year (don't understand). This Spring holds several garden surprises.

I hope your cousin does well with her choice to move with her son.

Another lovely and unusual flower picture.

I hope the cousin enjoys the next step in her life, going to take up residence with her son. I love my boys, but don't believe I'd like to live with any of them.
