we watch what we eat and try to keep our weight steady. We would both
like to lose more but just doesn't seem to happen for us but steady is good. so like you every now and then we splash out and enjoy a treat and it does wonders for how we feel.instead of it being the usual it is real fun and tasy OOOH yes!!

Wo, a turkey dinner tomorrow and loads of whatever you fancy. I still think those peppers are horrible, but one man's meat.Glad you feel better
