It's a great idea! If there was something like that around here, I think I would enjoy particpating too. Now, which of your stories (plural) are you thinking of sending out to market?

I have an old "Writer's Market" that was new once upon a time. I never did do anything with it except read some of the stories.

I salute your research of the Writer's Market, I just don't have the energy any more but happy I was published that one time by Wood Lake Books for Faith, Hope and Sobriety in 1985. Kabu is publishing my dad's book that I worked on bless her heart.

That sounds excellent
I think it's ok to share leads on marketsalthough main thing is to focus on your own work. I have never had a club or group but have a couple of people from whom I can get feedback.

I love the gossip from the writers club, I missed it when the other club
fizzed out and I sort of think that the pompous bloke and the porn writer may have had a lot to do with that. This seems to me to be just what will perk you up and give you some stimulating company. and via your posts...will give us some fun as well.

No why should you have porno writers, or anyone who will not add some kind of input into the session. This looks like it will be an interesting insight into what at present is a harmonious gathering.

I do hope of course that you'll benefit from participating in this group, and I'm sure the others will benefit from you - but I mostly look forward to your tales of the goings-on over time...
