Update on my stupidity ....
Thank you for all the prayers and good thoughts that you've sent my way! The papers were not returned and hopefully some kid working with the carts has simply discarded them in the trash. I've contacted all concerned and will recieve my re-issued documents in the mail. Luckily, I've been with privacy matters for several years and they will immediately notify me of any attempts to access my accounts. Thanks Again ~ You are GREAT!

I was laughing at the Will Rogers quips, but coming to the other part was a bit of a shock - I can imagine how bad you must feel, and I certainly hope that someone will have the decency to turn in your papers...

Darling lady you are not stupid. I am praying now that they simply were tossed into the garbage by a trolley man if they have not found them in the store. It is better to do it all over and get replacement of papers than to have someone take them. You can close all accounts that are at risk for withdrawing your money. Talk with your bank. I am so sorry.
