You know how I am about things. God always has the best answer. Ask him to give you the best offer there is whether it be that woman or some other place. Ask your church friends to pray. Be blessed, things are beginning to look up it seems.

tell the lady the exact truth and she can take it or leave it. Remind her
that your son can always stay either with you or his sister for a month or two so you aren't desperate for HER trailer, could wait for a better priced one to come along. I believe that she thinks you will panic into paying too much. Ah but she doesn't know you like we do!

well he has an attorney for the court but I guess he has a grievance with ICE so he does it himself, I am not sure of all the details.

Goodness, there are some things to work out! I would tell the woman that it is 30 days as you say and let her make up her mind from there! One can only do what they can! I hope your SIL can defend himself properly on his own, it seems that it will be very difficult to do without an attorney representing him! I will be praying for both! sam
