Not necessarily. There have been plenty of lawsuits over the years filed against employers for one type of "wrongful" termination after another. It can get confusing, and sometimes it appears as if no one has any rights anymore. Yes, various aspects of our once thriving society are definitely in decline!

About rights: The employer pays all the bills, suffers all the dents and began the whole thing and if it busts so do they but the employee goes to another job. It is more than what a person wants.

fingers crossed that this job works out. She just has to prove that she is
a good worker and gets on with those in charge and she will keep this job. I know from experience that it is much easier to have staff that know what to do and who understand the routine and the people than it is to always be training newbies.

It may not be worth the bother to go after the former company. It could end up just throwing a lot of money away in a law suit! She is better off looking to the future and concentrating on helping her husband gain his freedom. sam
