Marrise you certainly go through the wars, I think you must been holding yourself in a strange position for too long. I would look it up on the net and see what other folk have done in the same situation.Perhaps your doctor would suggest something,or there are one or two ex nurses knocking around on these sites, I expect they could suggest something .

Sorry to hear about your neck, can you adjust your screen, or height of your chair as to change the angle of your viewing?
