I told my daughter I was surprised they didnt already have that rule, she said it was because everyone had been with the company for a long time they were trusted

It will all calm down...actually when I was in chatge, i only had RN's
giving out the drugs. It was the law in Australia. Good luck to the beautiful Brat with this very demanding job.

It seems to me that she was never a caregiver to begin with but used the job as a means to support her addiction! How terrible on her part to take medications that were needed by others! I suspect she will see jail time for this one so the others may be suffering because of her act but the facility is much safer with her gone! sam

It is hard to understand why any facility that medicates others would hire someone without a background check in this day and age...The owners should be taking the drug test.
