Nautikos

Seems to me like Benny the dip and you will be fine together helping one another through both your behavioural issues. LOL

Don't forget the movie with the rat named Ben......oops!......afraid my attitude is still showing from my experiencE with Hellhound.  She's still ensconced at my daughter's home and I still fear disaster.  I hope your Ben is not going to suffer from the result of living with a loving little old lady.  Pictures of Tandy will melt your heart, too....and she is a sweetie....until her "fear aggression" (Internet research has identified the apparent problem) triggers.  I know you miss Jag and Ben needs a good home so I hope this is a good fit.......just please do ask all the questions.

Their being worried about your behaviour is a good thing...a very good thing. They are concerned that Ben be put with people who suit his needs too. Perfect!! I expect the obedience thingie is because his elderly owner kinda babied Ben so, although a good doggie, he may tend to think he can get away with things...because he always has. That can be easily fixed. You know I'm already in love with him - maybe because one of my beloved golden labs was named Ben.....

Ben? I like that name.

Aunt Ella once had a tomcat named Ben who took off one day for parts unknown. All black, with just a couple white hairs at the throat. A month or so later, Ben came back acting as though he'd never been AWOL. Then one day Ella found her kitty snuggled up in the woodbox with several kittens. Which is why the kitty's name changed to Ben Her.
