re the mud room, yes love, it is at the back of the house an unheated
little room where one takes off muddy or snow covered boots. We also keep the recycling bins there and a broom closet and.....stuff in cupboards. here it is 2.00pm and they are still putting in the flooring. Sigh!

Thank you, TAPS. I have heard that your family is the hardest to talk to about things like this. But thankfully, the Spirit, was stronger in this case.
