I did read that one--I know I did--but there is no evidence of it in the comments section, so maybe I dreamed you were stuck in there.

I'm just catching up with Blogit today, only to leave for Israel in a few hours!  But I wanted to let you know how ENTERTAINING it is to read about your misery;) - I hate MRI's, too.  They have those open ones now - too bad you couldn't swing one of those!  Mal

~being shoved into the Tube like a loaf of bread into the oven~

lOVE YOUR DESCRIPTION!

I've had a couple, as well, and hated every second of it, but they are important and very helpful. Blessings to you, my friend.

Hang in there!  I am the opposite in curiosity on the physical/medical!  I do not want to see and I want it over.  I keep my eyes closed and fist tight!!

You have given insight on defiance regarding curiosity.  I had put that together in a different way.  I appreciate your perspective.  It sheds light on a pattern of behavior that I have seen, yet did not have a good way to articulate my thoughts on it!!

Yes I think I will take the blindfold and practise being a sardine. I hope give this one a miss.

Lucky for me I am not bothered by "the tube" or most anything the doctor has or does, but it is just a little bit different at the dentist office, now everything in there scars the hell out of me...Your going to put a what in where and I'm only going to feel a little pinch...Dentists are bad liars.

Nautikos

Some loaf of bread I'd say.LOL Frankly I never found it a big deal but claustrophobia is not nice. I have a brother with that and had years when he couldn't ride an elevator.

There are times when you want your eyes open, and there are times when you want your eyes closed. That's one time to keep them closed!

Bird used to pop a couple of pills before being shoved into that machine. Defiance there, huh? Like taking a knife to a gunfight.....

I can't take the magnets whatsoever! The staff has always placed a cloth over my eyes for I do not wish to see anything! You are brave to open them though! sam

I remember getting a cat scan and keeping my eyes closed. That helped a lot.
