The use of 'they' out of context can have very little meaning; it just becomes sujective for me! sam

It's all about finding the right balance between work and the rest of life.

Sure it makes it easier

Because if you name names, your angst is specific, although at times you may be able to detect who's being targeted by certain comments. At least, that's what "they" say.

They are Everywhere

The scapegoat of "they" is a defense mechanism to project and deflect or blame and claim.  Most often "they" are/is the person who is talking either in mind or body.  I generally ask the person, Who/which "they" are you referring? I am told I am too confrontational by asking such questions. I seek clarification.  I can get out of the presence of a whiner and complainer.  These individuals do not like to take personal responsibilty for their actions.  They need to bring others into their circle of misery!!
