There's always a list like that

Yes, special teams are a very important element in guaranteeing a successful season. It's the same in hockey. Offense and defense are extremely important, naturally, but special teams ( power play and penalty killing ) are vital as well if you want to hoist that cup. Only one thing missing from your list that, in my opinion, is just as important to the outcome of a game as the poor execution of the players . . . poor refereeing!
