I certainly hope the landlord will accept the information! Otherwise it's a tough penalty to swallow! I will have my fingers crossed that this is the right attorney as well. I feel so bad for your SIL, it just seems so wrong for this to be happening to him! I know one day all this will be just a bad memory and you will be able to get about the business of living life, too! sam
