I have no idea, rather I have lots of ideas; however, that is all they are, ideas. I came here yesterday and could not offer anything. I will tell you this. The first summer after my oldest son died my phone rang early in the morning then I only had one in the center of the house for all to use, I ran to it and distinctly heard the voice of my son say, "Mom you know today is Cissy's birthday and she is at camp." Yes I knew both those things but I didn't know what had happened. I called to him and the phone had gone dead as soon as the message was spoken. It was his voice no doubt in my mind. I didn't know what to think of it then and I don't now. Enjoy it! You keep smiling dear lady. George sends his love along with mine. Be blessed again and again.

Well darlin' you know my story, I'm a believer and hang onto those events day by day and as He told us one day we will understand everything. Bird and my Joyce are in a far better place and they are happy. Blessings love.

I don't think there is a difinitive answer and probably never be one! But, I have been around similar types of things such as this after someone passed away that meant a great deal. I think these types of things will continue until Bird is satisfied that all is going to be well with you! It happened with my BIL when a 3 year old walked into my SIL's bedroom while SIL was lying on her bed. The youngster said there was a man above her looking down on her. She knew that BIL had died but never met him. She described him perfectly! I think it's Bird so I would like you to tell him that it's over on the Leaf's getting a freebie, and I really mean that! It's great to know he's there taking care of you! Peace! sam

Well..........
I will just say..that I "Believe everything happens for a reason!" Some things in this life cannot be explained!!! 
So as long as it gives you comfort, maybe that's the REASON??

Well I shall have to come back on this as I was replying this morning I kept visualising Bird and perhaps I was subconciously repressing those thoughts, perhaps I remembered him from photo's I just don't know. perhaps it is not far from there to here. I remember when not long after my Mum died I was sitting alone and I heard a little voice say 'hello.' and I could smell a perfume she used. Hope that is more comforting Andhor.

I am so sorry......i haven't had much time to do anything but pop in , post, and leave.....I just spent the last hour reading back through your blog, wiping away tears as I read.
What strength you have......God Bless You. He's still with you, and yes things do happen that normal reasoning can't explain away.
The pain has to go away eventually, surely it does........

I don't believe in coincidences.
How a cell phone rings with a dead battery is beyond me. I've always thought there was something metaphysical about electricity itself. C.C. may have a point about the light and wires twisted by wind. But it's very Twilight Zone. And strangely comforting.

Well I am sure it is nothing harmful Adnhor. Have you had any wind lately that might have shifted the lamp slightly and just reconnected the points. I'll give the email a pass,the Phone well you may have triggered it with an electrical pulse. It all sounds pretty weedy though. So that's a great help sorry.
