No it is really strange, but in a way it is a compliment Nita, unless they are making money from it does it not show that your contribution was valued. Although I know you researched and your time is valuable. I would not lose sleep over it, but would be careful in the future and only publish that which hopefully cannot be exploited. Of course if it continues you could put a warning on your work to the exploiter sadly how far away can he or she be.
