As they say, sex sells . . .

But what she's actually trying to "sell" is beyond me! I guess with a lot of people nowadays, if you can't get by on your intelligence, give your looks a shot! It's a mixed message no matter what.

Sam...

I agree, however, being a shallow old guy, I thought she was very attractive, but I have always been a sucker for a blonde bimbo.  I don't know how she and her mother couldn't help but see the inappropriateness of the poses. What kind of message is it that she can pay to have them in the yearbook?  Lots of food for thought there.

I saw the pictures and personally I don't think they belong in a yearbook, not even in paid advertising! And, I don't think she is all that attractive, either! But that's just my humble opinion! I can't see how the yearbook picture could advance her supposed quest for a career, and the statement she makes is in the eye of the beholder as well! I can see how men would have a different opinion than myself as well! She is simply exploiting herself as far as I am concerned! The dyed blond look is a bit drool for me! It seems liked a spoiled little girl just wanting her way and for her mom to change her mind and then see it through her daughter's eyes is nothing more that support under the guise of said expression! LOL! Alas to each his own and I am not an authority on the trends of the time! Her dress on the Today Show was very conservative, it would seem to me she would have had an excellent platform for her artistic expression, another missed opportunity! sam
