LOL! I think we have all been there! Namath was and is a character! Not many people are known as Broadway Joe as it were! sam

Broadway Joe had a rough go when he was just a boy.

But he grew up, that brave little pup, and gave a lot of joy.

I apologize for the horrible doggerel, but your haiku was so cool and so surprising the words just fell out of my fingers.  :)
