Well, aren't you just the inspiration!! My knee replacements two years ago played havoc with my weiht so I have to watch it and need to drop some poundage. I usually turn to either Weight Watchers or mini-meals throughout the day - either way, when I want some chocolate I do it.....denying myself a craving is the worst thing I can do! Good luck and I'll send you positive thoughts!

Good for you luv, we're doing the same thing and our damn new scale reads me at 229 instead of the old 219 I had with the junk scales. LOL Now I'm just watching my points and that's it. I have to do more on the treadmill but I find it difficult physically.

Good girl I am so proud of you....I /we put a little on over the Christmas

Congrats of that success in the 'Battle of the Bulge', LOL. I'm gearing up for one, but one can't rush into these things! One's equipment has to readied, the chicken's entrails need to be inspected, and the stars need to be consulted...

Well I am dieting but I have to eat chocolates to save wasting them. I don't think you are very heavy Pat, I should eat plenty of fat bacon. I am becoming jealous of folk who have will power, all my siblings are beginning to diet which makes me feel good.

I love the way you write! It's like I'm standing there with you, listening as you give those darned scales 'what-for'.
