The 'Brotherhood' makes me very uncomfortable! I don't think they can be trusted to do anything the right way! Shelly

Oh yes, background is important. We cannot learn and improve ourselves if we do not know the best...I feel that the comparisons between Germany and Egypt drive your points home well.

Well you do hang on a subject like a Russel Terrier but I'm just waiting for the day we drive 'em all out of Canada and back to the sand pits before we're forced to live like female hating A-rabs.

Happy New Year, Sweetie.....just caught up with your posts...interesting as always.  Frankly, I'm in the mode of kind of sitting back and watching all the shit hit the fan at this point.  I'm just about ready to buy myself a gun....being a strong 2nd Amendment  proponent, but only having Dad's old rifles in a storage room somewhere I've never felt the need for actual ammunition on hand....but it's getting to be about that time.  Do I sound Texan enough?!  Which brings me to a thought I had.....I think growing up here ....with the history of the whole six flags thing, and Mexico and their nonsense being such an ambient influence, many of us process the outside world through a whole different filter.... yes, it might be a cowboy state of mind (laughter is understood at this point in my rambling).  I see the Armageddon coming, led by wrapped heads and I feel inclined to lock and load.  Yep, I've been drinking....but, mainly, I'm must really sick and tired of the whole dance I see and hear so many doing.  To me, it's quite simple....it's us or them and intellectual discussions don't seem to get through.  I'm very much afraid the day of lines in the sand is fast approaching.  Depressing, I know.  But, hey!  Miracles happen! (Including if this made any sense to you at all!! )

an excellent post, and hey here in Blogit we write on what ever subject

we choose or so I think. So long as it isn't offensive and presenting facts backed with cited research may encourage debate but is hardly offensive. If it were, the broom would have been on a visit. tee heee.

Hmmm...define 'everything'.And I guess, if they think it's the solution, I don't have the same meaning of that word either!
