Re: True. Ginny's kind of allergic to pet fur, but even she

loved having him here, he's that froenfly and peaceful.

Re: most excellent..petry..ooops forgot the "o"

Interesting!  Does that make a "poet" a "pet"!

Re: Re: Re: Bob, a great tribute to a great cat by the sounds of it....

Graysome!  What a marvelous name!  I'm afraid Bill doesn't respond to much except food and affection.

Re: Re: Bob, a great tribute to a great cat by the sounds of it....

actually that is how I see Graysome...he thinks that he is a dog. and is obedient to commands like... 'stay" and 'sit in your chair.'

Re: Bob, a great tribute to a great cat by the sounds of it....

Thanks, he is great!  The other two, Rico and Lola, are far different.  You only see them in passing, out of the corner of your eye, as they flit by and hide - kind of like an Elvis sighting.  Bill, though, is great - he thinks he's a dog.

Bob, a great tribute to a great cat by the sounds of it....

We have two, Micky and Sam (black longhair) is "my" cat - he sits on my lap every morning as I sip my coffee...cats are so sensitive to us humans....love 'em....

Sounds like a good friend you have there

Thanks! His name is really "Stiegel", a name my son got from

The Colbert Report (his other two cats are spooky sorts called Lola and Rico - Barry Manilow's Copacabana).  He doesn't answer to "Stiegel" anyway, so I just call him Bill.

Re:Actually, I only had him on loan this week while my son was visiting

in-laws in Florida. It's his cat.   But a few years ago when I had pancreatic cancer, I spent a week with them in Philadelphia - that was when Bill and I got acquainted.

Well you gotta love that old varmint for tenacity, don't forget to give him cat pellets sometimes to clean his choppers and clean water . Spray his outside bed with flea bonker. Only trying to annoy myself Bob trying to state what I should do. Liked the poem.
